Last night DH and I went out with the kids to celebrate my birthday. DD2 and I ended up sharing my meal. (She decided her's wasn't so good afterall.) When I took the first bite, I made a comment it didn't taste right. DH insisted it was because I've been low carb dieting and things just taste weird to me now.About an hour after dinner, I started vomiting. I tossed and turned all night as well as had visits to the bathroom every few minutes it seemed. I'm at work now and things are getting no better. DD2 ate only a small portion of the meal, but she is having tummy issues too. Any at home remedies we could try? So far Sprite and Gatorade aren't even staying down.

Unfortunately you just have to wait it out! Your body wants to rid itself of the culprit! You should be on the mend though with a full night of it?!?
