Click ont he icon that looks like a tree with a picture frame above the Quick Reply Box. Mouse over says Insert Image.
Browse and choose the picture from your computer.
Click on Upload Files.
You will see text that begins with [ATTACH ---that is your image and you will "see" it when you post your reply.
