I think it says that sperm count is highest in the am but better quality in the pm! There is a thread around somewhere?? A couple of us were discussing how the pm would probably be best as you don't usally risk a j&d situation with the kids needing something lol. I'll see if I can hunt it down.

j&d is jump and dump lol, whenyou have to get up after bd and lose some of your swimmers, it helps sway pink as lowers sperm count

thx that helped a lot. i guess i misread the first time then. yeah im defly not a morning person anywa and usually the kids wakeup up on wknds. otherswse dh gets up at 4:45am. we couldnt possibly wake up earlier for sex. ;-)
i think night would be better for us also bc we can have longer foreplay without feeling rushed or kid invasioned...thx!

Oh gosh, yeah, we are going to have to do at night, there is no way to do morning. DD would be up or we would be rushed or I would have to jump up and go to work....not gonna happen.

Yes, the difference is 87 million in the evening and 88 million in the morning, for the average guy. A very very tiny difference and the quality is higher in the PM and a lot of people can't have leisurely BD in the mornings. Whatever works for you and your family is best rather than trying to rush around before work and getting kiddos to school.

Normally testosterone is the 30% higher in the morning than the evening. This may explain why men are more interested in sex in the morning and is part of the reason for spontaneous morning erections. In fact, the loss of morning erections is a sure sign that testosterone is declining.
