Yes, twin A picture is upside down, I was having hard time to upload it in correct position, but it has a nice nub shot compare to Twin B nub shot.

I agree it's most likely two girls, though I have to say that twin B's nub looks every so slightly upturned? It could still raise up I guess, but it's looking long and skinny, so basically I say 50/50 on twin B!
