The idea that caffeine sways blue has been debunked (it does not affect calcium levels or cause bone loss) and several of us have gotten girls while drinking quite a bit.
Caffeine reduces fertility overall, esp. in higher doses (note, no one OD on caff to get a girl, it's not necessary). So to go from drinking caff to drinking none, may backfire and actually boost your fertility.

I've just seen this thread - so interesting. I've never drunk much fizzy drinks, but have been going through bottles of diet coke/7up free over the past few months!
Can i ask a couple of questions. I drink a cup or two of tea during the day as well as diet coke. I don't eat between lunch and dinner, but is it ok to drink diet coke at this time? Am i not raising my blood sugar by drinking it? Don't know how i'd get through til dinner without having something to drink to fill me up a bit!
Second question, did you say that carbs = boy? I'm keeping in the amounts for the le diet but am getting most of my cal/pro from wraps with swiss/goats cheese and lettuce for lunch and rice with veg for dinner.

Tea is fine, coffee ~may~ be marginally better.
As long as something contains no sugar, it doesn't raise your blood sugar. Diet Coke between meals is fine.
No, I didn't say carbs sway boy. Protein + carbs together sway boy and carbs eaten constantly throughout the whole day also sway blue (because blood sugar stays up), while empty carbs, skipping breakfast and no snacking sways pink because your blood sugar rises temporarily after eating them but then drops very low.
The only pink swayers who need to watch/limit carbs are those with PCOS and insulin resistance.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

I don't drink soda hardly ever. Maybe like once a month or once every three months. But when I do I would never drink diet and I have three girls. Probably doesn't matter but it could....
