12 week 2 day scan please look!

Just back from my 12 week 2 day scan. Baby bouncing around happy and healthy, mammy is very relieved.
The tech was lovely and when I asked does she have any idea of the gender, she asked what genders I already had. When I said 3 sons she smiled and said ohhh!
Now I'm up the walls guessing lol.
What do you think?any clues?

Based on her reaction I'd say girl but based on the nub (if what I see is a nub, i'm not sure) I say boy!

I'm not very experienced at guessing, I think it's difficult to tell. I think it could be either or, but I would lean girl. Good luck!

I don't see the nub, i think she said 'oh' just because you have 3 boys, at 12 weeks it can' t be that obvious yet. I think the bright white part is cord but I'm as clueless as you.
