looks like possibly part of the cord.... other lines are floating above also. The picture is at the wrong angle to guess. At 12w4d nothing would be protruding anyway. At this far along one would look for the angle difference from a profile shot which is used to make an educated guess. (parallel with spine= girl, upward slant , not parallel with spine = boy)
