Babyblessings, ural should only be taken from AF to O but I'm not sure about the potassium. Zinc & vit D are fine to take. In terms of exercising, I think it is important because it raises testosterone levels. I lift weights 2-3 times a week and do a bit of cardio as well. Have been doing the weights for 12 months now so hopefully it's made some difference.

For me personally I think diet and exercise was important to me only because I NEVER exercised at all before so I wanted to do the complete opposite of what I use to do. So I started the HE diet and started going to the gym, I definitely think it helped up my T levels.
If you can't go to the gym you could do all kinds of things at home that would be beneficial as well if you want to exercise.

baby blessings, I was moderately lifting weights and doing 20-30 mins of cardio 3-4 times a week when DS1 and DS2 opps happened to me
I totally believe it was my healthy, high protein healthy fat diet and the moderate excerise I was doing that got me 2 boys.
