So I was taking the OPK tests since I had my loss in May, it was a late loss at 19 weeks.
I started taking the OPK's last week. So I thought I had a positive result on one on the 27th. but they were the strips that you interpret yourself and quite honestly I can't stand them. So I had some from Walgreens which were the ones that looked positive before and some cheap internet ones, the walgreens ones since then had looked on and off +.. but the internet cheapies were a bit a pickier and they have not been to the point until today where I thought they were + for sure.. Anyway today I took one internet one and it looked like close to the darkest its been same as the control line, so I took two more and they were slightly lighter and part of the line as dark as the control line. So I just took a CB digital test because these cheap tests frustrate me..and I got a smiley!!!
So I'm wondering if I am actually just ovulating now??
Or if my loss is messing everything up but I haven't had consistently positive results so... I'm assuming this one is right? it is the first Clear blue test I took..

Have you taken a pregnancy test since your loss to rule out any hCG present or had blood tests to confirm that all was out of your system? I just wonder if maybe you still have some hormones lingering around messing all this up?

If you get a smiley, you're surging and should have an attempt, but that doesn't always translate into ovulation. You can have some hormone present in your system and then your body decides to hold off and not ovulate after all. The only way to know for sure would be an ultrasound or blood tests at your doctor's office. (or, in 14 days, if you get AF you ovulated!!)

ohhh ok.But if we have an attempt and it says I ovulated even though we don't know for sure, I shouldn't take vitex right?
