Hi,
I think Spicy suits me better than Tuna, lol. So, I am going to a baby shower today and food is always girl friendly- lots of sweets and breads, etc. I just stay busy chasing my DD- always a good plan!![]()

Speaking of- what do you gals do/or say when you are at friends house? Do you fess up or do you just avoid some foods? I guess you could always load everything with salt!

I basically stay busy chasing DD so I don't have time to think about it. I had a few grapes and they had sandwiches with proscuitto and tomato- yum!

Thanks 3Pink. Anyone out there finding the magnesium range difficult? I eat mostly IG diet stuff and I still am outside of the range, but well within the calcium, potassium, and sodium range.
I feel like it is coming from fruit- like apples, bananas, and dates, and really helpful things like avocado. I do want to continue to eat those things!TTC Blue!

Spicy I was actually all curious just now about my magnesium levels and bookmarked this as a handy reference for the high/med/low mag foods. I'm not super concerned about staying w/in IG levels, but I do want my levels of mg/ca to be low relative to my k/na. Here's the link in case it helps someone else:

With regard to being out and eating around others I feel like the TW approach is so much less restrictive that I haven't spent time fretting over it. We're going out to dinner tonight, brunch tomorrow ... we eat out frequently with friends so at least for me I just can't be super restricted. I do think that in the Af-O before our attempt I will likely be pretty strict and just try to avoid tough situations! Or plead a stomach bug ;-)

WTH TTC5?!? Has it ever done that before? I know you mentioned how stressed this week has been so maybe FF is trying to jump in that party ;-) I'm not a FF user but I bet someone else will be able to chime in!
