Hi everyone, am new here and am soooo confused about all the conflicting info that seems to be out there about gender swaying. Did anyone else find this at the start of their swaying journey? We are hoping to sway for a girl. I was on the IG website before I found this website and was all set to start their diet and supplements-spent $80 on supplements but now I've heard taking some of these supplements can actually sway boy. Hopefully if my order of supplements hasn't been dispatched I can get a refund, I emailed the place just now so fingers crossed. I signed up for the personalised plan so now I think I will just wait for my plan and go from there. Looking forward to chatting with you all xx

At first it's very confusing but as you read and review it will make more and more sense to you. Atomic and all the other mods are great at explaining and helping with questions you have. Doing a personized sway is great bc it will take the work out of it for you! You wont have to obsess! Good luck and welcome.

Hi and welcome!
It is confusing at first mainly because some of the older methods of swaying have been debunked with newer research, but most sites are still promoting them as the only way to sway. My goal has been to really investigate the claims with fundamental biology in mind, examine the reasons why things actually sway gender, and then share that information with all of you guys. Then you can make up your own minds about what really makes sense to you and then you can have a sway you can really feel good about. It is overwhelming though, just because it's hard to see some sites say one thing and then come here and we are saying something else, but that's because we're trying to stick with accurate and semi-proven info (because nothing in swaying is proven) and not old wives' tales and half-baked theories that have been totally debunked with modern technology.!!! I started my diet 3 months out so then I didn't have to stress if I didn't get it right at first. Using my fitness pal I quickly discovered what I could and couldn't eat and stay within the limits of LE. Goodluck.

That seems like a good thing, but believe me, it's NOT. A diet with recipes means you get locked into eating a handful of foods that most people don't even like, with foods that may not even be available in your country. It is the OVERALL goals of the diet that matter, not the foods that you eat and I absolutely refuse to feed into the idea that there are magical foods that will get you a boy or a girl if you eat them. Low Everything means lower cals, lower protein, lower fat, lower nutrients overall (which you will get naturally by virtue of cutting calories and eliminating vitamins and fortified foods without even having to think about it.) This is meant to be a diet that works for each person and that is easy to stick to indefinitely, rather than some narrowly prescribed food guide. Not everyone likes the same things or has access to them, so we can't have a one-size, fits-all diet.

We were going to do that but then we realized that we'd have to charge a fortune and help a lot less people that way.
If you're already eating fewer than 1500-1800 cals a day, then naturally you must reduce cals to lose weight. The 1500-1800 cal guideline is just the most basic of guidelines, the one that will work for the majority of people. People who are very petite, already eat very few calories, or have a lot of weight to lose, can safely drop down to 1200 cals a day. People who are very tall, are rail-thin to begin with or are losing massive amounts of weight, or who are doing the 60/6-7 exercise recommendations, may need to increase cals to 1800-2000.
Everyone, please be aware that the full LE Diet is available in the Dream Members section along with some recipes, meal guides, food suggestions/nutritional info, etc. That's the perk you get for being a Dream Member and also helps prevent people from taking the info and reposting it everywhere all over the web.!!!
