If you can do timing without driving yourself insane, then go for it. But anyone in a big hurry to get pg or if you are an obsessive-type, you shouldn't worry about timing because it is DIET that matters first and foremost - a low protein, low nutrient, low calorie, low fat, low sodium diet and low blood sugar, esp. while losing weight, is the best way to sway pink. It would suck huge to do all that work on diet, only to end up getting so uptight and obsessed over tracking timing that you accidentally raise your testosterone levels and sway blue anyway.![]()
