Hiya ladies, sorry been away from the thread for a while. SO so tired at the moment and sleeping when I get the chance!
I love keeping up with all your posts though.
Had a lovely coffee with maybebaby this morning, thanks hon, loved seeing your beautiful ds3 again, he's so cute!
Midwife said today I'm getting low on iron, any tips on building levels up, sure that has something to do with the exhaustion.
love to you all, will be better at posting!

Congrats Charlie, I'm so happy your little man is finally here. Not sure what is wrong either but hope it's nothing serious and you're all home together soon. Sending big hugs x
Indigo - I was low on iron for last 2 pregnancies. Spatone really helped me - take it with some orange juice and it's quickly absorbed and definately perked me up x

Hi all just a quick one as shattered! Lovely seeing you today indigo! My house is still a tip! Aurora I will leave things for Charlie to say but I think lo is perking up now.
Pinga - will do your fb request in the morning ;0)
Zanacal I feel your pain. It's too soon to feel great. Four kids is a big deal so it going to take time to get into the flow. Be easier on yourself. I have thick curly hair and I just embrace it! Trying to tame it is to hard. How about just lots of mouse, air dry then a load of hairspray? I do that then there's no frizz or time spent with my ghd's. Or you can get it thinned out. I do that too. But it's all failing out now :-(. Sod the house work. The dust will still be there in six months, your newborn won't.
Inglewood. Massive hugs. I couldn't cope. You clearly are and your doing a great job. Again be easy to yourself
Will post Tomoz
Love to all xxx

Indigo, I ended up taking Sytron liquid which isn't as harsh as Ferrous fumarate/sulphate. That helped my Hb go from 8.9 -11.2 ( taken 3 days pre-section) did take around 2 mths tho, but lots of greens ans red meat. My SIL told me to try spatone, she works in maternity and they recommend all women take it when pg, can buy it some supermarkets and boots. x

Quiet tonight ladies!! Well girls saw a Mctimoney chiropractor/Homeopath today so FX it helps! She gave them Chamomile to add to water and realigned their spines. To return in a month. Finally took girls into my work to meet everyone, girls were perfect angels thankfully, just smiled and stared at everyone staring at them.
Hope ur all well? getting close Kell!!
H&G, hope ur ok? not heard from u in a while. x
