Thank you SO MUCH for talking to them jj - I wish I could clone myself and hunt down all the info out there but I am afraid some things slip thorugh the cracks! THANK YOU x 1,000,000 for finding this info out.
I also lost a lot of weight on Chitoslim when I took it years ago and it also helps keep the "plumbing clear" which is a real problem when TTC pink!
I totally agree with your assessment, not only will it help us to lose weight but will also reduce the amount of essential fats and fat-soluble vitamins that raise testosterone, and help with hormones too.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

It's your call to make, I do think the Chitosan will help with the Vit. D.
I really think that looks like a great sway plan.
The prob. with the eggs and the dairy is that they still have an awful lot of protein - protein maintains muscle mass. There is only like 6 g protein in a whole egg, so I would eat them if it helps you stick to the diet. Try for 40 g and not much more. If you are losing weight, you can get away with more, you're still prob. losing muscle mass as you lose weight.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

That Greek Yogurt thing I have wondered about as well. I think ~some~ brands might have less potassium but it ain't much less. Plus, the protein is more and the fat content in some of them is REALLY significant. I don't think the IGers believe in protein the way that I do.
Hey, no worries about the bread. You don't need it - no magic foods!! Eat veggies instead.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

I agree! Milk has a lot of sugar in it too (the milk sugar is digested by the yogurt organisms) so I think overall yogurt is better for a sway than milk.
