Update: after looking at the scans long and hard, I've *think* I've determined that pic #2 is a nub shot - bub is facing the camera at an angle so hard to see skull, but you can see the femur in the leg so it's tucked up, showing a nice nub. Of course, I'm not an ultrasound tech so I could be totally wrong

That's not where I was looking at all lol! I was looking higher than your arrow for the nub at what looks like a long line with a fork on the end. That's probably something else!
