I am just woundering has anyone else had this before ?
I dont see my OB until the 23rd and she cant really do anything for me anyway as I am still so early on. I am taking Phenergan at night time which does help me sleep but I feel like I am going nuts at the moment I dont know how I am going to make it through this everyday I am struggling to eat this itch has taken over my life!
I find cold wet cloths help on my feet and hands for a little while , takes the heat out of them aswell.
Anyone have any tips for me to help ease this ?
