I think it could help a sway. I know someone that was on it and had a girl after 2 boys. Now I would much rather do the LE diet because I know more people that have gotten girls from it. But Losing weight in general does sway girl.

It can help sway pink because whenever you're lowering your caloric and fat intake, it helps to sway pink.

The LE Diet is meant to be quite easy to stick to. People have a misconception that Low Everything means starvation or something but it doesn't. LE Diet is totally safe and in line with the recommendations of reproductive endocrinologists for safe weight loss while TTC and also has the same protein recommendations as the WHO for adequate protein intake for women of childbearing age.
The prob. with WW and some of the other diets is that they can be very high in protein which is not what you want for pink.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

I got pregnant twice while doing Slimming World but two friends who also got pregnant on the plan had girls. It depends what you eat and when you eat it and most diet plans (including SW and Weight Watchers) give you some freedom with that!

There are no magic bullets, unfortunately. :/ Wish there were!!
I do think it helps, even when it doesn't work for everyone 100% of the time...some people smoke their whole lives and never get cancer, it's just that smoking overall does tend to cause cancer more often than not smoking.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
