to test or not to test 7dpo tomorrow...getting tempted....or setting myself up for disapointment?

SO glad you got that straightened out and you can feel confident about your plan. I think that's a big part of the battle!
And GOOD...I'm glad you're back. No getting sad! We're on the right track now.
Even though it didn't work out for me this month, I'm grateful to know that I'll be in good company next month with you and several other lovely ladies!

H&G think i'll probably be with too, check in everyday it always cheers me up to see i'm not alone x

Fish, I'm sure I'll get beat up for this, LOL....but I would say don't test just yet. It would be VERY rare to get a positive that early...implantation is usually 6-10 days post ovulation and a HPT couldn't pick it up for a couple of days after that.
And I can tell you from experience....especially with watching the other ladies get BFPs, it's incredibly discouraging to see a stark white test. In fact, I'm trying to be positive right now, but I am so sad. I really thought with all of my symptoms that this was it, but apparently the vitex can cause pregnancy symptoms.

UGH...it just hit me all of a sudden! I feel like crying.

I am sorry you are so down Beadin! Your chart looks great so don't worry about vitex! I was on vitex too and the second month I was on it, I had every pregnancy symptom under the sun. Then the next cycle (my BFP cycle), I only had CM and then by CD10 had all the pregnancy symptoms. My fingers are still crossed for you!!!

We need some more positive thoughts on this thread!!!! Just remember it ain't over until AF shows and not everyone gets early BFPs! Cheer up ladies!!!!!! NO AF!

after last month my plan was to wait until af over due, however as i o'd late i'm thinking of doing a test fri at 11dpo as we're going away camping for the weekend and i wanna pack meat for the bbq ;-S and then i'll know should i not need to pack the tampax! my temps aren't that high.......

Is increased sense of smell a side effect of vitex too? It just seems too early for me to be experiencing this. But my hubby keeps saying I'm smelling things that he or my boys don't notice or even smell at all.

beadin and p4p I'm so sorry girls - i really thought you guys would be in the august mega month

Im so sorry you guys are hurting - i know what it feels like. Try and keep the hope up girls - its really all we have got. Did you know (random fact) that hope is actually the strongest of all human emotions, even stronger then fear!
Harness that hope to try and create some positive energy so that the next month can be all ours!
As hard as it is, everything is always easier from behind a smile, so try and look to the next month knowing confidently that this will happen, and we will all get out bfp's - hopefully sooner rather then later.

Hopendream - good to see you again I would take the medication to increase your lining - i think thats super important, as AS says, you won't get your DG if you don't get pregnant at all. Im taking soy now - which is supposed to sway blue, and also having to take some zinc and iron tabs - which again sway blue.
Biggest swayer is diet, so as long as you stick to that then you will still have a super strong sway!
