If you are eating dates, where do you get them and what kind? I've started adding them to my breakfast but all I can find are the sugar coated ones and I don't think that's what I want, right?

Is there a farmers market? I find it easier to go to the farmers market or a natural food store. Some stores will special order things if you ask, mine here in AZ does all the time.

I buy Medjool dates from Sam's club. Ahhh so good I want to eat them all day! only it's a little $$$ for me

My stepmother sends them to me in the mail from Palm Springs BUT I know they also have them at Costco and Safeway stores. Ate them ALL THE TIME when I was TTC DS 3.
