    Umbilical Hernia and child birth???

    Just curious if anyone has had an umbilical hernia repair and then had a baby afterwards?

    I had mine repaired back in March. I'm wondering about labor and such. Would it be a vag delivery or would I have to get a c-section? Hmmmmm

    If it were me...I would rather fix the hernia again then have a section...Chances are good that it'll be fine during labour. It'll be close to a year post surgery if you get pregnant right away. That's quite a bit of time to heal.
