Hi... What a fabulous site. Here's my story.. I have 3 beautiful wo derful girls, 8,6,4. Would really like to try for a boy to complete the family. We have been considering PGD and have gone as far as having the co salutation and initial tests. From the initial tests it has come back that my husband has low semen concentration which is sup rising as we got pregnant within 2 months of trying for each. Interesting though that AS has said that low semen concentration usually towards pink.. Which obviously we have. This site has really excited me and is swaying (excuse the pun) me to give it one last go naturally by swaying for blue.
One thing I do have to ask tho is in all the literature and a lot the posts it says that to sway for a boy requires high levels of test tone. AS has stated in a thread in 26th august - sorry I can't get it up as new to here and not sure how to paste the quote but it's under the thread about companies analusying your cycle through a urine sample--- that the is no scientific prove about test tone. So after spending hours on here last night getting excited, I felt that this quote contradicted everything I had read. Maybe I've read it wrong but someone had asked AS to explain which she hadn't. Sorry I just want this clarifying as my mind is in a spin now thinking- PGD which is financially a burden and also very invasive or swaying.
I'm going to do a little more research here and then ask AS to do me a personal plan.
Just a quick few questions tho... As I feel a little overwhelmed by it all.... I was going to start weight watchers next week justbto lose 3-4 kilos before I start. Should I not if I want to sway for a boy or could I and then build up with the relevant foods?? How long should I be swaying before actively trying?? Also where/ how is the best way to start.... Sooo excited and although I plan on getting a plan once spoke to ds tonight I can't wait till then and just want to know the basics. Thxs all. I will do whatever!!! X x
Both my husband and I are 34.

TTC5 is the lady you want to talk to! She has 4 girls, and finally had her little Prince. She just had him though so she is still in the hospital! You could look up her sway and see what she did to get him.
Here's what I found so far:

Hi there. Atomic's plans are for someone that wants to have a good sway but is a little overwhelmed at formulating the plan herself or just doesn't have the time. They are individualized and comprehensive.
As far as losing weight, no, that is not generally something you want to do by dieting when swaying blue...it is good to be healthy and where your calories come from do matter so if you are overweight going into a blue sway and follow the blue plan, you could lose weight but where you are getting calories from is critical.

Hello blueplease
I'll be swaying blue aswell soon. As nbp says above you do not want to diet before blue it sends massive pink signals to your body. But again you may find you lose a little weight if you have it to lose, I have been, just a steady 1-2 lbs a month but improving tone and muscle gradually so body improvrments all round!
We have a blue swayers chat thread in the ttc blue forum, with both new and old swayers full of advice so pop in. Also haveca read through peoples sways both pink and blue and see what has lent pink for you in the past and what has worked for others. My last baby was a succesful blue sway and I believe that swaying definately increases your chances.

Oh, and Ithink its that the tedtosterone helps but your glucose levels are def proven to help, so plenty of nutrition in your system is what we're aiming for but a little extra muscle cant go wrong, I think thats it lol??

Hi all.. I'm still tryimg to navigate around this site and have only just seen your replies. Thk you all for your responses. I have lost a few pounds over the last month but have stopped now and will start building myself/ muscle tone up.
Elp.. Great to hear from you. Congrats on your successful sway. I read a post from you earlier, do you have Charlie to.. Boy or girl?? Having swayed successfully, what supplements did you take??
Im going to sign up for the personal plan tomorrow... Did you.
Dloui128.. Congratulation. Any tips/ advice??
How long do you both recommend swaying before the attempt... Am I right in thinking diet, supplements and exercise the 3 most important things.
Also were you specific in your attempt timing?? On or after ovulation??
Thanks
