Pearl, the timing seems perfect. Hoping you ovulate this weekend after you have time away with DH!
n710, good luck with your sway this month. Thank goodness time is flying for you. I sometimes felt like the wait to O was harder than the 2ww.

Hi ladies. I am new to this whole swaying thing. I have two little girls and would love to have a boy this time around. Any suggestions on how I can make this happen. I was thinking about getting the personalized plav but DH said we have to wait till he gets paid next. We are wanting to start TTC this cycle I am on CD 3 right now. Do you think its too late to start swaying?

Hi brittoneill07. Idealy you would want to be on the diet and supps for 6 weeks minimum before your first attempt. Also starting to do exercise and weights is good for a boy sway and you will need to start doing that asap. I would recommend waiting and getting the sway plan, and charting for a couple of cycles before you go for it so you know when you ovulate etc. But if you must start this cycle you still have a 50/50 chance for a boy.

We would ideally like to start this cycle because we are trying to avoid getting pregnant in December. Both my DDs are September babies so we would like to avoid another one lol. Is there a place i can get a copy of the diet so I can start it? Also i was reading about extreme gender swaying. Have any of you heard of this or have had experience with this? We have also been looking in to the Shettles method.

Hi Britton,
Welcome. I definitely understand wanting to rush and TTC this month, but take a day or two and read all the info. here and evaluate which you have been doing more, HE or LE. I know my lifestyle was so girl friendly and I was much more LE so believe my chances would definitely not be 50/50 if I tried w/out swaying.
I guess what I am saying is really figure out what feels right to you in regards to waiting a cycle at least to get your self more blue friendly vs. how quickly you want to just get pregnant. I also understand not wanting or being able to try certain months. I'll have one try this month and then if we do try again we won't be able to until January so it can be frustrating.
Just read everything and go with your gut. GL!

ELP-You make me laugh!!! I hear ya! I was pumping twice a day for the first couple of months after DD was born so I could have some extra in the freezer to make with baby food, etc. Anyway, I knew I wanted to try soon, so I pumped and then stopped all together at the end of June and got AF 3 weeks later.
I know I have read that if you drop a feeding or two especially at night it could make your cycle return. There is also something about sleeping with a light on 4 nights in the middle of a month then complete darkness the rest and it can help make your cycle return.
GL with the baby fever!!!!!
Oh, no clue how to make a ticker, but it's okay in a way. I think it would drive me nuts. I am trying not to think about it too much. So, only Day 4 and I think I have been OV'ng late so attempt should be towards the end of the first week of Oct.
