For those that test their cm using pH meters i.e. like the ones at dick smith (http://www.dse.co.nz/dse.shop/4dad21...uct/View/Q1416) do you have enough cm to actually get a stable reading? I am thinking if you are trying for a girl you won't have a lot of sample i.e. cm to test and I know from my work that these types of meters are usually submerged right into a liquid sample to get an accurate reading? So I was wondering what people thought of these meters or would the pH paper be just as good. Thanks Jude17

I bought one today and as my af is due any day now my cm is pretty scarce and I had only enough to wet my finger tip really, but still got a reading =)

Does the meter have a flat tip i.e. where you put the sample? That's good it worked as I was thinking you would need heaps of sample to get a reading.

Mine has like a glass bulb thing and I smear my cm over that =)

I am a few days off AF so am guessing when I can test closer to ovulation I will have heaps more to test with.

Yes as ovulation nears, you should have more CM to test. Even pink swayers should have some more CM around ovulation.
