Does Omeprazole Used for Acid Reflux Sway?

    Hi Atomic

I have had a cough for a number of months and have just started doing the sway hardcore from the beginnng of September to TTC in October, I went to the doctors today as cough hasn't gone away and he think I might have acid reflux and has prescribed me to take 1 tab of 40mg Omeprazole a day for he next month then go back and see him and let him know how I get on.

I just wanted to know do you know if this sways? I am concerned that it might do, however I am taking Vitex, Saw Palmetto, Chitosan, Baby Aspirin and Folic Acid so hoping this will counteract?!!

If you could let me know what you think I would be most grateful

I read once that Ranitidine (Losec) sways which has a slightly different mechanism of action but the same effect. Can't remember the logic though but I remember being excited because I take Ranitidine when my reflux gets too horrid.

Decreases your nutrient absorption so that has to be good.

i believe acid reflux medicines sway pink slightly because they can interfere with digestion and make it so you get less nutrients from your foods.
