Sweet little Ivy! So lovely to see her and read how it all went Lynxie.
TTC5, you have been through the wringer. Good to hear you're out of hospital and hope things go well from now on.
Pinkin, I don't know how much they put on, just that it is mostly what they are busy doing towards the end. How are you holding up? Only a couple more weeks to go!
Auroara, Mocha and Hobber, I feel for you all with your DHs. I am nervous how mine will cope with this one. I am sure he suffered post natal depression after I had DS2! When he describes his memories of DS2 as a baby, you would think he just cried and never slept, when in reality he was even easier than DS1 (who was pretty textbook). Apparently depression is really common for DHs after a new arrival, so I will be watching him just as closely as myself! I think the men feel quite helpless with a newborn as the baby needs its mother so much. And because the baby takes all our time and attention, they feel neglected. Part of me thinks they should just deal with it, and another part feels sympathy for them.
Auroara, I hope Lillian feels better soon. Not nice when a baby has a cold. It is such a huge adjustment for your DS2. He'll get there, but he is still a baby himself, so he is probably wondering why he isn't the centre of your universe all of a sudden.
I hurt my back on Sunday so have been lying low for a couple of days. Went to my hydrotherapy class tonight and it feels good at the moment, so FX it is alright in the morning.

Lynxie - great pictures! I can't believe she was a preemie - she looks bigger and healthier than most full term babies! She's just gorgeous!
TTC5 - so glad you're home.
Auroara - sorry about the cold. I've had a horrible cough since coming home from the hospital and I keep worrying Sadie's going to get it.
Well, I survived the big kid shuffle yesterday. The big boys got off to school incident-free, but ds3 decided he didn't want to go to preschool and we had to carry him there kicking and screaming. I eventually had to bribe him with the promise of a new toy if he could be brave and stay.
My plans to hit the mall while he was there didn't pan out as I had discovered my new car seat doesn't work in any of my old strollers, and my new Moby Wrap hadn't arrived in the mail yet. Luckily the Moby Wrap arrived later that morning so I was able to wear Sadie for the walk to pick up the older boys at school.
My midwife came for her last home visit. Sadie was already past her birthweight at 5 days old and I feel almost fully recovered, so I don't need to see her for another week.
I picked up the boys at school, then almost immediately left for swimming lessons. All went well until afterwards when ds3 utterly refused to let me dress him. I spent about 15 minutes sitting on the wet dressing room floor trying every threat and bribe I could think of while he screamed and yelled. The entire dressing room was watching us. Eventually I had to hold him down And force the clothes on him or we would never have gotten out of there. Sadie, bless her heart, slept through the whole thing.
So, obviously ds3 isn't adjusting well to having a baby sister. Hopefully today will go better.
