I have three very beauriful girls and DH and I are trying one last time for a boy. This is the first time I've read anything.about swaying and I am trying to sway for boy. I've been reading a lot about the boy diet and was just.wondering if what I eat is OK or not? Not even meaning to my diet has changed so much from when I had my girls because we moved closer to a lot of fast food places and its really convenient. A lot of times I go to taco bell and get their chicken burrito that comes with nacho Doritos and get a large Pepsi with it. Other times I get bacon burgers and fries from other places with a large pop. I'm really concerned about the pop being on the boy diet. Is any pop on? And wreak of those food choices OK? I have to get it right cuz this is my only chance to try to sway for a boy because I am getting fixed during this c section because this is the last one I can have.

I got two boys when eating a lot of fast food and one more boy when eating super healthy! I think I am pre-set for boys though. Also, I always snack and never go hungry!
If you already have girls, you should eat a diet high in protein and healthy fats, eat whole grains and snack frequently. Full fat dairy is good too. Many fast food places have healthy options these days, even Taco Bell and McDonalds. You can get grilled chicken with veggies, cheese, salsa in a burrito/taco or a grilled chicken breast sandwich.
Sending you all of my blue dust!

I agree- with boy swaying- you definitely want to focus on high nutrition. Fast food is terrible for you and while the protein is good for boys, you might try some healthier alternatives. If you don't like to cook, like the PP said- McDonalds and other places do serve salads with chicken or something. Skip the fries. A baked potato would be better. Think lots of highly nutritious fruit and veg (blueberries, spinach, apples, pears, carrots, etc) and heart healthy fats and proteins (avocados, olive oil, fish, poultry, legumes, etc). And I would probably skip the full sugar pop too but up to you. Everything/everyone is an exception though- like the one poster said, she ate fast food and has boys. My BF eats fast food and has all girls. So who knows. I have two boys and am a life long vegetarian (eat very little protein)- but I also eat highly nutritious produce, while grains, and healthy fats- so that's probably why I sway boy. Oh- and agree with full fat dairy. I rarely eat dairy but when I do, it's full fat cheeses or full fat ice cream!! Good luck!!

Thanks everyone! This helped so much! I really need to change a lot of the things I eat then! Also, how long should I be on this diet before attempting my sway? My husband and I were thinking around December so that would be about 2 1/2 - 3 months on the diet. Is that enough time? While on the diet, I am also going to take some supplements. I bought evening primrose oil and a couple others to do, any recommendations on which ones are best for boy?
