    Aci-jel

Hi, i know this has probably been covered in other threads but I'm still confused. Is it better to use ace-jel rather than rephresh, if so why? Or do you use both? Does ace-jel raise ph for some? Thanks

yes aci jel may still raise ph in some. it's better than rephresh though and was actually made for swaying and helps keep your ph down and has no buffers. i have been using it and my ph has stayed at 4 even at ovulation.

Thank you mommy duke, are you using it instead of rephresh. Do you know why it's better? Sorry for questions, it's expensive and I want to make sure it's worth it before I buy!

If you do not mind me asking...how are you using it? and I know you mentioned you were gonna use sylk do....how are you using that? I am waiting for my aci-jel in mail but I tried sylk last night and I am afraid it made my ph jump! I have to experiment with it a bit more this week. After I "use" it how long should I wait to test ph to see if it is working or making it jump?

i have been doing some of the diet for almost 2 months. i need to get my butt in gear and give it 100%. im taking calcium, magnesium, vitex, cranberry, and sometimes clomid or soy along with the aci-jel, sylk, and a douche.

well like i said it's just said to be better because it's supposed to keep your ph down all the time and not let it go up. it was made for ttc a girl... i used replens with my last sway and got a boy. i have seen so many girl from aci-jel i thought it was worth the money.

i start using a half app of aci-jel right after af ends and use it every 2-4 days like that. then when my opks are either + or almost + i start using a finger tip full every morning or like an hour before bd and sometimes after if my ph is up. we have been using a lot of sylk with bd just like we would normally use lube. i have been using store bought vinegar "douche" in a syringe in the shower about 10 min-1 hour before bd.

Did the sylk hurt yuor ph at all? I tested ph last night it was 4.4, then I used a fingertip if sylk waited an hour and tested my oh and it was 5.8! I am kinda nervous now to use it but so disappointed becasue I have heard such good things about it swaying girl. I can;t wait for my ac-jel to get here to try that out. What else is good for a lube?
