I go back on the 17th which is 8 weeks and 1 day. I just emailed my normal midwife (she wasn't available today) to ask her if I really had to wait that long because I'm kind of freaking out..

I might just see if I can go to maternal fetal medicine next week, they said they would be happy to do my u/s anytime

That is awesome. And in my experience, they have better equipment.

So glad to know I'm not the only one gagging on mucous, and having tons of discharge :/
I've been nauseous this whole time, but didnt throw up until last night... Turned out to be a horrible stomach bug so I got to spend the day (also happens to be my bday

) in the ER. Had some major contractions so that was pretty scary! But the nurse said that's common when you're so dehydrated. Still not a fun time... Blah I never freaked out as much with my other pregnancies!

Better now, no contractions in about 5 hours! My poor DS1 had it too so I felt awful for him. We've both just been laying around drinking Gatorade all day. And thank you, what a way to spend my bday huh lol.

I'm sorry you had to go through that! I hope you are feeling much better now!

Don't freak out yet Spinning, please just enjoy being pregnant especially if you aren't morning sick yet! LOL

Okay I'm sorry, I can't keep up and remember sometimes LOL

It is actually the best sign you have that baby is alive and thriving! That's what my doc told me!
Just try to stay positive and BUSY before your next scan. I think everything is okay! You are taking progesterone.
