Hi hunny how you getting on? Have you had any other symptons? The first thing i noticed was at 5 dpo i had REALLY bad cramping on the lide side that woke me up in the midlle of the night and then the next day i had a slight sore throat and a few shooting pains through my boobs! When i looked on the net i found that sore throat is a sign of implantation, after ther cramps ect i just kinda knew this was my month!!
Lots and lots of luck

Doulamama, you are more than welcome to stay!! I know what you mean, I was always jotting down notes! It is ALOT of information to take in, and I have an absolutely horrible memory!! Its very overwhelming! Yes those OPK's and stuff are vey expensive!! I used dig OPK's in addition to the CBFM! I didnt get a digital pH tester, I just went with the plastic strips, which have worked well for me. I ordered them from microessentiallab.com, they were very cheap and I thought I was only ordering 1 bottle, but no it was 6 bottles of 100 strips!!!! I ordered my vitamins and ion bracelets from Amazon.com! I havent bought ay preg tests yet, hoping I can find a coupon for some!! I try to be very frugal, and I hated having to spend money on those OPKs and CBFM!!!
You will be fine over the holiday Im sure!! I really havent been tempted often because I keep telling myself if this helps me get a baby girl then I will have the rest of my life to eat all those yummy foods I love!!! Just keep your eye on the prize!! As for the Psychic, Ive never been to one or talked to one so I really dont have a clue on that one!!

Swish, I dont know, I havent used the Aci-jel! I just used the Rephresh because like you said it seemed less stressful and it kept my pH down around 4! Yes alot of the creams and jellies are very expensive! But I have written down alot of the successful girl sways off of IG and alot of them used Acijel! I didnt use the saw palmetto, because I didnt like the idea of it messng up my cycle and O, since I had gotte it down pat I didnt want to change anything! Lol Maybe some of the other girls have some advice of these for you!

My mouth is so extremely dry, I probably wouldnt know if I had a sore throat from that or pregnancy!! Lol Maybe in the next few days Ill have some kind of symptom! FX!! How are things going for you?

Im fine thanks hunny apart from being a bit sniffly, feels a bit like a cold but im sure its pregnancy related! Still testing everyday lol just to make sure the lines are getting darker, af was due around yesterday so feel a bit more positive now that hasnt showed. Will do my CB digital test on friday to check its changed to 2 to 3 weeks (god im obsessed lol!!)
Strated testing FMU with ph strips as ive heard they are good predictors of gender but its probably just another old wives tale

HAHAHAHA yeah apparentley if your first morning ph urine stays below 6 then its a girl and if its above its a boy! You have to supposedley do the test early in pregnancy, so before 9 weeks is most accurate. I thought it was influenced by diet but since i got my bfp ive gone back to a normal diet and my fmu is still 5 or below!! The theory is that if your ph is low then that means it was probably low at time of conception and therefore mainly the girl sperm would have survived. Its probably just an old wives tale but ive looked it up and some people swear by it.
How many dpo are you now? I started testing at 5 dpo just after i got cramps, i must have implanted quite early as it says most people implant around day 7 to 10!
You had a really good sway this month hunny, i have everything crossed for you xxxxxxxxxxxx

Well thank you Wishing!! I felt pretty good about it before hand but then you know afterward you start second guessing and wondering if you did too little or too much! Im only 4 dpo!!! I was trying to look up how long it usually takes to implant but I couldnt find anything! Maybe i was looking it up wrong! So thats good to know that its usually 7 to 10 days! Ill be paying extra attention the next few days!! Did your urine have a low pH before your attempt? Last time I checked my urine it was 6 or 7, I cant remember. But I dont remember how long I had been on the diet at that point either! Dang, hopefully Ill remember that in the morning!!! And I hope Im able to temp again and see if its still high!

I didnt check my urine ph consistentley but when i did it was usually around the 5 or less! But you have to make sure it is the FMU otherwise it will be affected by what you have eaten that day!
