4G - my baby making days are over, I'm hanging out strictly for support, but when I conceived DS we didn't use anything. The fish oil had created so much ewcm that extra lubrication wasn't needed.

I know, I can't help it! its definately some kind of addiction?? I find myself trying to get an end figure in mind then something will trigger me in to some kind of a frenzy and I feel I have to be pregnant right this second lol!! Theres a local lady who I speak to sometimes whos mum had her last of 17 at 45, that would give me 8 years for 8 more, but just how crazy does that sound, am I really gonna be in that position? I don't know, maybe!! So I may aswell sway boy for a while, just to really test out this swaying theory
Then half way through I may want to switch to team pink! I can be a real guinea pig

Update on my current situation!! Kids are in their toddler bed bunk beds and Davys in his cot!! He has gone between waking 5 times to 0 times and now is at once a night, I wonder if things will trigger off soon?? So I have stepped up my swaying, I have to stay away from the white bread and sweets and Ive brought some nuts, apricots and figs, so when the sweet tooth hits I can grab the fruit! I just need to get DH to start taking a 1 a day over 50's and a Co q10 again and things will be pretty similar to how we got Davy, I wonder if it will work???!!! Its getting quite exciting really

Sonia, this is what I do and will do now for food
Breakfast
Weetabix or oatmeal/porridge sweetened with sultanas and with a tablespoon of peanut butter stirred through
Lunches
I will make an extra big dinner the night before or keep the kids leftovers and add them to some pre boiled potatoes from the fridge, fry it up with some grated cheese, deliciuos!! If we have had rice or pasta the night before then I will replace this with the potatoes as white rice and white pasta are on my personal food avoid list
If I don't have any of the above then a stash of tinned soups, the meat and veg ones are perfect aswell
And of course scrambled eggs or fried, cheap and instant!
Tip: Boil a kg bag of potatoes one morning and keep ready in the fridge, they last a few days and can be used to bulk up any quick boy meal, either fried with onion and ham, or added to bolognaise mix or eaten cold with cheese and pickle with some salad*
Tip: Buy some Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother attached and use as a delicious salad dressing with some salt and pepper, I sometimes make a quick cheese salad for a bedtime snack, chuck in a few peanuts, fantastic!
Tip: I also buy frozen ready cooked chicken breast, plain or flavored, either bbq or tikka, then in I can leave a couple to defrost in the fridge in a tub again for a quick grab and go boy ingredient
Dinner
Omellettes boiled potatoes and salad, cheap and theres always eggs in the fridge
Bolognaise but I swap the pasta for potatoes
Roast meat and veggies
Large pot of meat casserole, this can last a few days in the fridge for your lunches aswell
Curry and chips/ french fries
These are pretty much rotated in my house, big, easy, cheap and cheerful

Now I DO choose to try and avoid some foods, this is only because I can binge on certain empty foods quite happily so it is better for me to just cut them out as much as possible.
The foods I try to avoid
White bread - This causes me YI around ov time and gives me terrible bad moods!! Plus I can happily eat 6 slices of buttered toast as a meal with nothing else, total stodgy empty calories
Sweets and chocolate - Again a family sized bar of chocolate is a regular lunch of mine, empty calories no nutrition
White pasta - Another one I can eat tons of with just a bit of tomato sauce chucked on top, its pretty much bread but in a different shape!
White rice - Not much nutrition but fills my belly, better off putting something better in there instaed, even some chips/french fries!
Thats pretty much what I will avoid
