yes a lot of people back when i was on IG - that's why I started looking into it to begin with, because so many of the ladies who had conceived girls did it when they were exercising a very large amount. then after I started doing research i foundthat there were real biological reasons why exercise would sway pink.
i think that for those who are able, the 60 min of exercise is probably better than the no exercise route and I would not hesitate to include it in mys way if i was able toLast edited by atomic sagebrush; October 19th, 2012 at 08:34 PM.

Well, I don't know what I'm having yet but with my first sway I didn't do ant exercise and conceived a girl. This time I did Cardio for like 30 min and some light weights. Also an hour of yoga a few times a week. Also was walking with my
Kids daily around the neighborhood, to the beach, and in town. Was very active. 2 weeks before my sway I cut out the Cardio and weights at the gym but kept my active lifestyle with the kids. Should know the gender in a couple
Of weeks so will update and let ya know!= One little prince!
