I agree in a way but I've never weighed that much ever! I got pregnant with both my boys at 17.2 or 17.3 and they both were very healthy. I think some people are just genetically this way so gaining that much is kind out of the question. I fear that would take forever and its backwards for me since I've never weighed that much before. I fear it's boy territory all the way for me. Seriously I do appreciate the concern but I've always been super skinny and I truly believe the weight loss is muscle more than anything. I used to go the gym everyday and I haven't gone in over four months. Thanks again for your concern!!! Good luck and I hope we all get our dream genders!

I really was just questioning the clomid. If I had an eating disorder than I wouldn't be swaying. I'm A mother of two boys , three and under and would never put my health at a risk in that way. I started out at 17.1 before swaying so as you can see i haven't lost that much but trying to figure out calories that work is not working for me. I am at 2,000 calories according the fitness pal and the weight is not moving really. It's just A matter of I hate adding when my goal was to swsy for a girl on this diet. I think you can understand that. I'm fine and thanks for the concern everyone. I'm just A pink swayer who started out at a much lower bmi than most people. It's not my fault, it's genetics!!
I understand and I'm sure you can understand that people do some weird a$$$ Sh-- when swaying so I always assume the worst and go from there. I hope I didn't offend you.

My goal this month is to just just try and get preggers!! No jump and dump and maybe even add more attempts. I want to get pregnant quick because I feel that this may be my lady month on a strict LE diet. Thanks and sorry for worrying you!
I wouldn't add it back in because your BMI is terribly low even corrected and I think it's time to pull the trigger and get preggo NOW.

Right, but understand that the more you lose, the more that weight "counts" as a percentage of your body. Going from 21.3 to 21 is no biggie but at some point, you have X amount of skin, bones, and organs that isn't going anywhere so those tenths start to really really be a lot more of your body itself. I would like to see you back at 17 and stay there but either way, get pg now and don't play around any more.

Yah me too. It's been pointed out that I might be coming across as a bit know-it-all, so I'm really sorry if it came across that way. It just freaks me out some of the extremes people get to to get their girl, not saying that you're doing that (I'm so relieved that you sound like you're just naturally really tiny instead) but certainly we've seen here and on IG that some are so desperate they'll do anything including sacrificing their own health for the sake of the sway.

BMI is kinda crap for assessing health in the individual, really. It's too bad it's so difficult to assess, but I really wish we had a way of measuring lean bodymass/bodyfat accurately at home. At the very least getting a bodyfat assessment will paint a clearer picture of whether your bmi is something to freak about - or not. Clearly bone density affects weight too, another thing that has wide variance. Though I would say that your fertility cycle is a good indicator of whether you are getting too low or not, since mother nature will simply switch it off if you're getting too low for you.

Just saw these posts and believe me no one has offended me! I appreciate any advice even if its something I might not want to hear. I'm at the point now where I know I need to get preggers fast. I am really tired lately and yet sleeping the same so I think it's the weight loss and lack of nutrients. I ovulate so late that I actually end up being on the diet longer with less attempts than someone else. I do feel good about this month so I think we are going to so two attempts in one day with abstain. I would love dtd through ovulation but my husband can't do it. We tried last month and he is just too tired and super stressed with work lately. Actually we both are! Does this sway at all for me? Either way I am not someone who gives up easily so I hope I can get preggers this month. I won't be doing spermicide at all and I gave already dropped Rephresh and Zyrtec. It looks like my sway is diet and less attempts. Any suggestions? Is this too much or not enough?

Thanks for your concern! My weight has always been an issue but trust me my husband would send me for help if he had any doubt I was having issues. I am obsessive but I can recognize when I've gone too far. I am holding steady on weight and have my calories so hopefully this month is it for me!

I think diet alone is a perfectly fine sway.

Being tired does tend to sway pink so you have that going for you too.
