This is a tough one! But I think you made a good point about the proportionality of the nub. So that makes me think it's not a boy.

My vote is boy! The top picture looks very boy and I don't think the proportion is that odd, things can be very swollen at 14 weeks. The second pic could just as likely be boy bits dangling.
