When I was swaying pink, I loved the Yoplait Light yogurt. They are fat-free and sweetened with aspartame.

I know greek yogurt is higher in minerals, but it's also LOADED with fat and calories. My personal belief is that it is better to meet mineral requirements through supplements rather than load up on foods that are going to send the message to your body that times are good.
Plus, full fat dairy has been proven to HELP with fertility, and anything that increases fertility seems to sway BLUE. I would stick to fat-free dairy products.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

There is a company called Wallaby that makes organic fat free yogurt I like I get it at Whole Foods. It doesn't have aspartame though.
