    FR - quick Q!

So I've been hearing different stuff and wanted to check once and for all.... Frequent release and compressed FR are obviously daily "activities", but my DH does not like nor want to "help himself", so is it still ok to BD with a condom? Or does the act of BD actually raise T levels? I've been meaning to ask this for ages...

    TIA!

Not sure. I'd like to know though. My hubby and I have been trying to BD every night but sometimes I just get too tired with three little kids so he 'helps himself' when we can't. He doesn't really mind but does enjoy our time together more. Hope it doesn't increase our T levels too much by frequent BD'ing but we are enjoying it and I think it makes us both more relaxed and happy. I'd also like to know if I should not let myself orgasm because that is almost impossible for me! We are still about 6 days from Ovulation so thought it should be okay for now. But will try to hold off a bit closer to O.

I remember reading somewhere in an essay that sex does raise testosterone levels in both men and women. Let me see if I can find it.

Yes, I found that essay. I think I will try to avoid BDing this month then.

yes, that's fine! you can even use spermicide condom in advance of your sway, the residue may sway pink.

it can raise t a bit but I would not worry about it.

it does, but at some point, you hve to pick your poison and a lot of guys either can't or won't do the fr on their own. one of my cardinal rules of swaying is, "if daddy ain't happy, ain't no one happy" meaning we have to keep our hubbies satisfied while swaying because otherwise they rebel and won't do anything.
