Dad's Weight Gain

With both boys Hubby didn't gain any weight but I gianed a ton!

I wonder if this is only true for the ladies who have cravings... Most hubbies wont turn down a late night snack of ice cream!

I was craving ruby red grapefruit with DD4 and fruit salad with DD2 LOL also I never eat at night with any of them

I bought into this wives tale when I was obsessing over the gender of DS2 when he concieved (we weren't trying). DS1 I gained about 30-35 pounds DH *lost* weight, made me so mad. DS2 I only gained 20 pds only had 3 to lose after he was born and DH was the one eating all the ice cream cookies and chocolates. So this is definately not true for me.

yes my dh gained weight in my ds2 pregnancy because i craved chocolate and ate a huge amount every evening and so did he!

nope! DH gained more than me both pregnancies and we had 2 DS! He craved more than I did too!

My hubby had craving and I never had a single craving.... maybe the dad has cravings if it is a boy and the mom has cravings if it is a girl!!!
