I'm trawling through recipes and have found some really good ones, but they all seem to contain yoghurt. If I put fat free yoghurt in, how much is the 'recommended' limit for TTC pink a day?
And are peppers OK on the diet? (found the most delish red pepper and garlic dip to use on sandwiches)

as much as you like as long as you stay in you protien limit about 40g a day.
Garlic should be limited really althoug I think we all find we eat some

I ate fat free yogurt every day with lunch during my sway and got my DD. I just stayed within protein limits.
