    mineral ranges question

    Remain in the appropriate mineral ranges – remember, dropping too low can harm you.
    • Calcium (Ca) 1,200-1,800 mg
    • Magnesium (Mg) 200-300 mg
    • Potassium (K+) 2,500-3,500 mg
    • Sodium (Na++) 700-1,000 mg
    does that include the amount taken as supplements? or is that dietary?
