Yeah it does take a bit of prep time - not just for your body, but for you to get your head around. We're hoping to start TTC pink in january/february and I'm starting my prep now! I'll be signing up for the LE diet soon.

Welcome! I think you may need to have at least 6 weeks of swaying underneath your belt before your attempt. I know how it is to want to do everything fast, fast, fast....I'm an older mama too! But we need to give it our best chance in a short period of time.
