    I personally don't believe in ions for swaying, and positive ions can actually be harmful for overall health and I really really advise against using them for swaying.

    Thank you so much, I've been reading up on everything you linked! I meant to say 12 hours after a positive opk.

    I'm glad to have found this site- the moons, ions, gender chart seem to be on par with a tarot card reading!

    One more question- I was told to take Konsyll(psyllium) to help with some esophageal erosion I have. It's mainly for how it coats everything- basically for comfort. Does that have any influence on sways?

    Also, how far in advance of O should you gain weight? Should it be immediately from af-o or the month before?

    If you need it for health, it doesn't matter if it sways pink, blue, or plaid!

    Fiber may sway slightly pink, so I would just be sure to use it at a different time of day than when you take vitamins or fish oil because the psyllium can absorb them and make them less available for your body to use.

    BTW, if you have esophageal erosion you MUST NOT do the baking soda drinks under any circumstances, it can cause rebound acid reflux which can aggravate your erosion.

    We've been having the best results just with gaining weight when it happens and not trying to time it. It never seems to work out and just adds a layer of stress and time constraints that we're better off without.
