I agree with Mrs P, when all you've ever seen is willy's it's hard to believe it could go either way. There is a chance of corse for all of us but we are all scared to even hope. I got my hopes up that DS3 might be a girl and it left me with DG that I don't want to experience ever again. DS3 of corse is the light of my life but it ruined my pregnancy with him.

Lol!!! That's so true!!!
I can't remember how far in advance I booked it as ds3 is 2 and half now but I don't think there's a long wait. He does have really good clear equipment and you get a DVD too. I could tell in our scan ds3 was a boy because I had been obsessing over nubs so long lol!!! Do you live far from there? It's just off the motorway so easy to get to.

Yeah i keep hovering that way to after horrible gd last time, but am so scared i would be disappointed at the birth, even if only a little and the guilt of that would be horrible as i know my first thought would be "o its a boy" as opposed to being so excited to meet my little man after i've got over it during pregnancy.
Going round in circles in my head and i am already sick of not knowing not sure i could handle 9 months. On one hand out of 1000 women there would be 500 ds's for first child at 50/50, second child out of the 500 there would be 250 second boys, third child 125 third boys (moms with 3 lads), fourth child 62.5 boys - odds come down greatly the more times you flip tails that you will get another tails but there are a good few of us on here with 3 boys trying again - some of us are going to be disappointed, especially if recent opposites continue! As rare as it is there will always be one mom who continues to flip tails - probability, sods law?!?

Ok question ladies - has anyone had (either this preg or previous) tooth sensitivity????
It recently (over the last couple days)has become a bit painful to chew in 2 spots in my mouth, I am wondering if I have suddenly sprung 2 cavities after not having a single problem in over 10 years or if it is a preg symptom? I know they say sometimes your gums can bleed more but I don't think I've heard of tooth sensitivity? I thankfully see the dentist for my regular check up on the 30th so I'm hoping it goes away/doesn't get worse! It's not terrible, or super painful, just more of an annoyance when I'm trying to eat lol I hope someone can relate!!!!June 21 2011 - Ryder

Our family is now complete - no more babies for us. We didn't get our girl but I wouldn't trade my boys for the world, so in love.

Hi yes I have had tooth sensitivity when pregnant . In England we get free dentistry when pregnant because your teeth can be effected by pregnancy. I had an absess with ds3 which was horrendous with no pain relief. I normally find after few days it eases off. It's got worse with each pregnancy. I just brush my teeth a lot throughout day when I can when they hurt. Hope they ease off for you x

Ive decided to Wait until after Christmas to book a gender scan. I've thought and thought about it and gone round and round in circles deciding. But I've made up my mind now. When all my family members come down for Christmas I want to be able to handle the "ooh this might be a DD" comments without feeling the need to lie or worse cry ha ha ha. I have also decided to spend the £100 plus I would have been spending on the scan on extra presents and goodies for the boys on Chrismas day.
Of corse I will be getting a NHS scan around 12/13 weeks (6th December ish) so I'm sure I will nubsessing over that.
I will be booking a gender scan in the new year (I couldn't wait until 20 weeks!!) But I'm determined to get through Christmas with it still being a surprise.2006
