There are a tonne of resources and links and wonderfully researched essays on how to sway for a girl. The diet is paramount above all other methods here. Allow a lot of time to read and absorb the info, there's a lot.

We don't talk about PH much on GD as PH doesn't really have any real sway effect. Most of us get our OPK's online so it's cheaper, and if you're interested in measuring PH you can order those on ebay.

hi rachel,

I beleive soy taken early in cycle plus a big shot of vitex would be best for a twin sway, there have been a cpuple on here recently I think both with clomid x
