Why is chewing gum good for pink?
Can I have a glass of warm skim milk in morning or is it better to not have anything at all at breakfast time?
Why is chocolate bad for pink? Is it ok if I stay within my limits or is it all bad? Like if I need to up my calories can I have chocolate or chocolate biscuits after my meal? Or is it better to have sweets instead?
I'm the coldest person in the world. And it's winter now in the uk so I have the heating and gas fire on ALL the time. Does this sway or not?
Is everyone that's on the LE diet going vegetarian? I'm going to definitely cut out all red meat and fish. But was hoping to sneak in some chicken once (maybe twice!) a week. How much does white meat affect the sway?
Thanks in advance
xx

Some random questions...

1) I assume you mean sugarfree chewing gum...aspartame lowers ph and that's part of the girl sway (if you believe ph sways)
2) You can, but it's better not to. Skipping breakfast is one of the easy things you can do with the LE diet (of course, this is coming from someone who never eats breakfast anyway!)
3) If you have chocolate - which you can - as long as it's in your limits, doing milk or white chocolate is best. Dark chocolate is full of nutrients.
4) I don't think being cold sways, but it is an indication that you may be anemic - you may need more protein in your diet and/or some iron supplements.
5) Lots of ladies have conceived girls without cutting out all meat. Once a week should be fine! Besides, you have to do what you're comfortable with....it makes it easier to stay on the diet, especially because you have no idea how long that may be!
Hope this helps!! Wishing you lots of luck!!

Thanks! Didn't realise it was sugar free gum your meant to have, that makes sense. Thanks for your help!
PS I'm not always cold because of the diet, I'm just generally always cold lol. I just heard somewhere that having the heating on a lot might sway blue and was hoping that that's not true!!

Beadin took the words right outta my mouth.
I don't think there's such thing as non sugar-free gum? At least not in Canada (that awful kids' pink bubblegum notwithstanding).
Being cold all the time can be from hypothyroidism too, or very low bodyfat (and lack of insulation). If you have fatigue that iron supps don't help you might want to get tested for hypothyroidism as it can prevent you from conceiving.
And having dark chocolate once in awhile is fine as a treat.Pretty much nothing is NEVER allowed on the diet, just not all the time.

Actually, unless something changed, I'm pretty sure the Wrigley gums - doublemint, juicy fruit - do have real sugar in them

LOL, blame the dentists!!
I notice too that a lot of stuff is sucralose now (Splenda) and not aspartame. Aspartame still has a bad rap I guess!Me (38) and DH (38)

I'm chewing juicy fruit right now lol it's sugar free
I tried to cut all meat out and just couldn't and since I was a big red meat junkie I cut all red meat out of my diet and still eat chicken
I skipped breakfast till 1pm usually but never earlier than 12
The diet was so hard on me for the first week and a half and then my body just got used to it
