Please get to the doctor this month and check that out, a 22 day cycle is VERY short and there may be something simple to fix it such as clomid (which lengthens the luteal phase and sways pink as a bonus). What is your LP? Do you temp? It could be implantation bleeding, but I'm guessing its pretty heavy if you know it's AF?

Yes, I temp, but the baby was sick this month and woke me at night so my temps could've been off some. I O'd on CD11 per the temps, CM, and OPK. My LP was 11 days also. My cycles are usually on the shorter side, 25 days or so, but not usually this short. It's definitely too heavy for IB. I don't know, you think I should go to the doctor this month or try one more month? I only have til May to TTC and if I am not pregnant by then we are calling it quits. I am starting to think that the sway thing is going to make it too hard to get preggo at all. Maybe I won't do the Rephresh next month and just be more strict on the diet, since I haven't been too strict on it anyway. I've been taking baby aspirin too...could that have done anything? I don't know, maybe I'll just leave it up to fate.
