158 mg is a very very small amount - most people eat 1-3 grams of phosphorous a day.
Phosphorous works together with calcium and magnesium to build bones, and dairy is also one of the richest sources of phosphorous there is, so I think it would be fine in the girl diet anyway.!!! Questions??
