As long as you don't do a muscle building type, it should be OK! Choose a form of yoga that has it's main focus on relaxation instead of muscle.

Yup for sure, as long as it's not Power Yoga or Vinyasa style where there's a lot of emphasis on strength and core building. Stick with meditative or Hatha styles and it's definitely fine for a girl sway.

I agree! i would be very careful to do relaxation/meditation yoga only! I was doing a lot of hot/power/vinyasa yoga with my last son. On IG I was convinced that the heat swayed girl and it did help me relax (I'm a stress ball) but I think yoga is intended to build and tone muscle and confidence and could send T through the roof, I can see this now, hindsight is 20/20 I guess.

And also, power/vinyasa/ashtanga yoga is a very 'male' form. It definitely emphasizes raw strength, so I can see how that would sway blue.

Exactly LacePrincess! Like I said, yoga can be very empowering and can do increadible things for your confidence as well as your body. It is very good for relaxation but I think the power aspect of it is what makes the relaxation not a pink relaxation. The meditation yoga might be different but again, I do think that all yoga is intended to tone muscle.

Well, there's yoga as exercise, as meditation, and as a spiritual journey. Most of us aren't doing it to enlighten ourselves and all that. Yoga isn't much of an exercise in terms of making you more fit except for the ashtanga/power yoga, which is very 'boy'.
Meditation/breathing yoga is useless for fitness but fine for girl sway. And, relaxing our boy mom obsessiveness is good for pink! Personally I'm far too restless and excitable for meditation, I get bored and my mind wanders all over the place, so there you go. Clearly I have a really long way to go for spiritual enlightenment, eh?Me (38) and DH (38)

Yep I think it's good as long as it's relaxing and gentle. I did gentle yoga and stretching classes a few times a week while swaying. Dropped it 2 weeks before my sway because was also doing light weights and light cardio so wanted to cut down on muscle tone.
