    Sway boy, nutrient cookies?

This will be my 3rd attempt at TTC baby #2. Today is AF cycle day 1. In about 9 days I start my clear blue easy digital opk. I truely never thought I would say this but.... I am sick of eating fast food, salt, high calories, high fat. I with i could just diet! I MISS my crystal light LOL. I have gained 10 lbs on the boy diet.... If BFP doesnt happen this time we have to put on hold until June. Anyways, I found something that I think can help sway boy, these cookies have 20 nutirents in them. If they don't sway, please tell me because im not an expert just loooking for more options besides the same fruits i keep eating.

What makes WhoNu?® Cookies Delicious and Nutritious?

Also, any thoughts on protein powder for swaying boy? Im nervous to try it because I keep finding ones that have soy and I think atomic said soy may not be good.

And I will add I started drinking Vitamin Water the revive fruit punch kind. It has 880 mg of potassium.

    Hi Praying4boy
just because you are swaying for a boy it doesn't mean you need to eat fast food, with tons of fat and high salt. On the HE diet you want to eat at least 9 servings of fruits and vegetables a day and a carb and protein at every meal and snack.
I had protein powder when I did my sway, I used whey protein and the one I used didn't have soy in it.

I'm not sure about the cookies though, I guess it depends on how much protein they have in them. If they don't have any protein in them then you are going to have to eat them with some nuts or something else that has protein. I would think they would be ok for a snack occassionaly.

I ate these before I had my ds2 and have given them up for the LE diet as nutrient count is high. I'm not too familiar with He, but i hate fast food and did not eat it before conceiving either of my sons (lots of veggies and healthy snacking). Per the other post -the protein count on the chocolate chip ones are 2g.

Same here, no fast food with either of my sons. Just lots of hearty home-cooked foods, oat biscuits and regular snacking! I'd far sooner be eating lots of healthy homemade food now and a fabulous roast beef and Yorkshire pudding Sunday dinner with lashings of gravy, followed by homemade apple and blackberry crumble......mmmmm!

This time I'm sticking to lots of processed foods, white bread and diet fizzy pop. No fruit and only vegetables once a day.

I was having BNRG Proto Whey double chocolate protein powder, its so yummy and you can use it in cooking too like muffins etc, also in smoothies and as a late night snack hot chocolate. Those cookies look great but like dloui said you would need protein with them. Limit fast food to once a week and if you are putting on too much weight too fast, just change your meals up a bit so that the majority of your foods are healthy.

Those cookies are fine, but taking vitamins is probably cheaper!

I prefer you use whey based protein powders rather than soy.

Does Vitamin Water have any artificial sweetener in it?

Their are kinds of vitmain water zero which contain artifical sweetner; but the kind that ive been drinking is the regular vitamin water revive. it has 120 calories so its regular sugar, on the bottle it advertises the b vitamins + potassium. Heres a link to it:

    revive | vitaminwater

I hope its ok for swaying boy?

I cannot find any good ingredient data for that! The site opens up a box too small to read and then the cocacola site doesn't work for the ingredents part. It's probably fine but I can't totally sign off on it till I can go to the store to see an actual bottle.
