No I never got a positive opk but I thought I missed it since I was having other ovulation symptoms so we dtd last night after abstaining. Now I'm thinking the vitex delayed ovulation and that I haven't ovulated yet. Since I screwed up abstaining I'm going to have dh release on his own in the am and dtd in pm from now until ovulation so I don't miss it. I'm not sure if thats the best plan but I don't want to miss my fertile window.

Have you stopped the vitex? If not, do.

Smiley - if anything has delayed O it will be SP - delayed mine by 10 days (40 day cycle - ouch!) so I stopped taking that and stuck to Vitex and Peppermint Tea (instead of SP). Try Antihistamine to dry up EWCM - especially if O hasnt happened yet.

Both vitex and SP can delay O and peppermint tea can also delay O.

Yes I stopped 2 days ago. How long after stopping vitex does it take to ovulate or does it vary? I'm getting concerned that I still haven't gotten a positive opk
