I have my anatomy scan the 19th which is before 18 weeks but I guess they wanted to see me early
I am holding my breath until 20 weeks

It was just an appointment with the Doctor to do a cervical check and heartbeat check. I am at risk for preterm labor so she didn't want to take any chances when she heard I have bad cramping/contractions last night. I'm sure glad this is my last pregnancy because I can't handle the scares that are coming with it! I have an anterior placenta so I haven't felt much movement but the emotion I felt when I thought I was losing the baby was so intense. The bond that is formed from conception is just so amazing and that is where I need to keep my focus, girl or boy.

((((hugs)))) That's why DH is completely done after this baby and I'm coming to terms with being done also. The waiting for the other shoe to drop feeling is really stressful and scary. I started cramping on the way to my appointment this morning, thankfully no changes and all looks fine but I still feel shaken. I hope there won't be anymore scares like that for you. xx

Ladies I'm having a tough time letting go of the sister idea. My dd is telling everyone this is a girl. And when I tell her it isn't, she gets all upset. Her preschool teacher told me today that she's telling everyone it's a girl. UGH!!!! This is so hard.

It's funny you say that spinning. After I tell her she's having a brother she tells me she'll have a brother and then a sister. I just can't do 6 kids. My dh would DIE!!! And my body seems like it's had it. I'm finding it hard to get over my gd with my little girl in my ear. I've tried so hard to give her a sister.
