    Vitex dosage confusion!

I purchased The Vitamin Shoppe vitex it says it is standardized but I'm confused on the dosage with it since it says 200mg chasteberry extract and 300 chasteberry does this make this 500mg or what would the dose be?

Yes I was confused when trying Vitex too, it seems depending how it's formulated different brands can have different strength of dose.

So just take it according to label directions, starting with the minimal dose on the label and you can increase it next cycle if it doesn't do what you want, just don't exceed the max on the label.

We don't know what's best so do what works for you.

I took it twice a day morning and night, others have taken it once a day.

You don't have to see any signs, it will be working for you. Some people notice changes in their PMS patterns, less CM, lighter AF, breast pain or lack of breast pain, and more cramping around O. But not everyone does.
